So I know that 12 hours is just what they rate it as, but for those that wet heavily and often, how long do they last you till you end up changing them?

So, the past couple days I've been having abdominal twitches in a row. They come and go but usually only stay for a day, so this is new. Anyone else experience the skin on their back get so unhappy/angry and the only thing that helps it is a sensory brush (essentially a soft bristle brush)? I've had to use it three times today and showered too, so it's definitely not dirt. If anyone else has dealt with this too, I'd love to hear how you make it feel better.

PS. I deal with sui from constipation if that helps to know.
