V Rising: Character Customization (Who shall I awaken from eternal slumber?)

No, I haven't gotten my hands on this game yet, but I do know that at some point in the future, I have no idea when, I will have it. And for now, I have come up with a very inquisitive question.

Which character shall I awaken into the world of V Rising?

Caine (Vampire the Masquerade) (I am surprised no one has done this. Why not play as the most powerful vampire in the whole world, am I right?)

Vorador (Legacy of Kain) (Somehow I think I can create a literal copy of Vorador, and create his sprawling mansion just like in the Legacy of Kain timeline, though that mansion was not inhabited for long. My version of Vorador's Mansion shall live forever. I'm not sure if I can, though)

Janos Audron (Legacy of Kain) (What a greater irony than to be one of the Ancient Vampires in V Rising, right?)

Rahab (Legacy of Kain) (The fifth son of Kain, and of the Sarafan, is the one I choose to give him a new unlife as an individual vampire instead of being Kain's lieutenant for eterinity and devolving into a sexy and masculine sea creature. :-) )

Lestat (Interview With The Vampire) (I got the inspiration for this by fellow Vampire Scholar YouTuber Maven of the Eventide. Maybe I should make her as well? Nah, probably not.)

Myself (The Gaming Andy) (I never thought that I would include myself in any of these polls, but because of a couple of people, including the one I love, I have decided to add myself in; I became a vampire. Wouldn't you? :3)

It is just as I feared, gentleman. Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt has unfortunately been shut down, much to my dismay.

I've been thinking about several characters that I could create (like Legacy of Kain's Raziel and even Prince Lestat from Interview With The Vampire) but sadly, those dreams will never be fully seen and they will never come true because the game has gone dark, not a single server remains.

I wasn't around when the server was being shut down, because I was entangled with current affairs and family issues, but from what I've seen, it was well-done just like Toon Town (another online community that has been shut down as well).

Nowadays, I lament the loss of Bloodhunt, and I am currently thinking about Fanfiction for the Final Days of this awesome VtM game.

So, my beloved TGA fans, let us have a moment of silence for Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodhunt, for it has suffered the same fate as another beloved game; Nosgoth.

Such a tragic fate for a game that didn't deserve it.

You sneak up on an unsuspecting target, you grab them (when the game tells you to, of course), and then you bare those dragon fang like teeth/fangs (Seriously, I've seen those teeth on my lover before, and no, shut your mouth, it was not Vore...not completely, at least) and sink them into your target, feeding on their precious yet sweet blood. Whether they die from being drained of blood or are unconscious from your semi-feeding is entirely up to you.

While it is true that everything else in Blood of Dawnwalker has been perfectly explained in detail with no side-winding crap like other games, there's still one thing I don't fully understand yet about this game. They talked about everything about the game, the graphics, the mechanics for the day time, combat as a human, etc.

But, perhaps I haven't been paying attention, or maybe I just noticed this right now...there's no explanation on what your vampire powers are, how the Blood Hunger mechanic works (although what I've seen on this is strongly similar to how feeding works in Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines which is a big boon for this game. Good job, Rebel Wolves. You've done a good job so far. :-) ), how Combat as a Vampire works, and also, are you able to join the Vampires as well as the humans?

Against all odds, this game has captured my attention. Only time will tell if it deserves it. :-)
