So, I am confused about the four room 46 trophies.

1. I bought the Dare Bird a long time ago, but have no idea how it triggers the Dare Mode. Not sure I even want to use it, but I would still like to know, just in case.
2. Curse mode I get and will probably never try that lol.
3. Day One Trophy. Do I have to start another game, and - if I do - how will the recognise it is me? This could be a very stupid question, if it is I apologise.
4. One hour trophy. Is this a real hour or a game hour? Is it basically do it as fast as you can and hope for the best?
