So I’ve never built any shed before, and I want to build something in my yard that is about 14’ wide x 30’ long with 7 1/2’ ceilings. I plan to have electricity in it with AC and divide it into a small office and my personal gym. I am handy and I have a BS in mech engr, so I understand structural loads, but I’ve never taken on an endeavor of this magnitude.

Is this too ambitious for a first project? I’m assuming I’m going to need 4-6 inch cement foundation for this.
