We had a tankless water heater installed and after a couple months the union fitting of the clean out valve randomly started leaking. I’ve tried tightening(though concerned about over tightening so haven’t forced it), removing and cleaning, and applying a small amount of silicone grease to the washer. The washer itself appears fine but I continue to get this slow weep. Any other suggestions?
