I have struggled with IBS-D for most of my life but was able to manage with diet and exercise until I got sick last year. My whole body was thrown and diet and exercise alone has not been enough to help my flares. I tried different fiber supplements that would only make things worse, and even too much fiber through fruits and vegetables would cause a horrible flare.

I was able to get in touch with a dietician last year and on top of discussing foods and exercise, they suggested I try taking Sunfiber. They've seen good results in their other patients who can't handle phsyllium husk-type supplements. I take one heaping scoop in a glass of diluted OJ each day and OMG it's like night and day! I am more regular and consistent and feel so much better. Just wanted to share for anyone else who can't handle phsyllium husk or other harder to digest fiber.
