Going from in-person PT to hybrid online. what software stack actually scales the business?

Five years in, I'm renting a room at a local gym, doing about 25 sessions a week in-person, grossing around 90k before tax. I'm basically maxed out on time. Can't take more sessions without burning out, and my rates are already at the ceiling for what my market will bear.

So the next move is obviously online. I want to add maybe 20 to 30 online clients over the next year without killing my in-person schedule. The math works. 200 a month per client for programming and check-ins, four sessions, basically zero overhead per session. The real question is what soft͏ware actually lets me handle this without falling apart.

Should I run everything in one platform. programming, payments, client comms, the whole thing? Or do those all-in-one tools cut corners somewhere that's going to bite me once I'm actually trying to manage twice as many clients. Less interested in hearing "just use this a͏pp" and more interested in how your tech stack actually affects how you run the business. What broke when you scaled?

Summer Mixed Haul RL, Chrome, Stüssy, Loewe and more!

QC post for my latest haul

Went for a mix of casual everyday wear and some louder streetwear pieces this time. Mostly picked up RL, Chrome, AMI, Stüssy, Hellstar, and a few cozy sets for daily fits. Tried building a rotation where everything can match together easily Would appreciate any feedback

Another mixed haul review—mostly summer pieces with some hoodies and accessories. I focused on sizing accuracy and how close each item feels compared to retail in terms of fit and material.

Alo Set: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7690065157

Fits TTS with a clean athletic silhouette similar to retail Alo. Material is decent but retail feels softer and more premium.

Es Jeans: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7547422576

Fits TTS with a straight/slightly slim cut. Denim quality is okay but retail pairs usually have better weight and finishing.

RL Sweater: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7534532879

Fits TTS with a classic Ralph Lauren fit. Knit is decent but retail is thicker and more refined.

RL Hoodie: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7451125174

Fits TTS with a standard RL silhouette. Fabric is okay but retail feels heavier and more structured.

Supreme T-Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7745694831

Fits TTS with a slightly boxy Supreme fit. Material is lighter compared to retail’s thicker cotton.

Balenciaga Hoodie: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7511288022

Runs oversized with a boxy fit like retail Balenciaga. Fabric is decent but retail is heavier and more structured.

MM6 T-Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7719282056

Fits oversized and boxy similar to retail MM6. Material is slightly thinner but silhouette is accurate.

CH Hat: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7513588106

Fits like a standard adjustable cap similar to retail. Quality is decent but retail materials feel more premium.

Prada Sunglasses: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7491049940

Fit is standard like retail sunglasses. Build is okay but retail feels sturdier and higher quality.

Bape Socks: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7424484971

Fits like standard socks with good stretch. Quality is decent but retail is thicker and softer.

Es NB T-Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7715749932

Fits TTS with a basic athletic cut. Fabric is okay but retail versions feel more premium.

CH Shorts: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7436857351

Runs slightly small compared to retail Chrome Hearts, so sizing up is recommended. Material is decent but retail is heavier.

AMI Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7495539629

Fits slim like retail AMI, so size up for a relaxed fit. Fabric is okay but retail feels more refined.

Bape T-Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7729246067

Runs small like retail Bape, so sizing up once is best. Print is decent but retail is more vibrant.

RL Half-Zip Sweater: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7632240975

Fits TTS with a classic RL silhouette. Knit quality is decent but retail is more premium.

AC Sweater (Acne Studios): https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7499576256

Fits oversized and boxy like retail Acne Studios. Material is okay but retail is thicker.

CH Belt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7536428958

Fits true to size based on waist measurement. Leather is decent but retail is more durable and premium.

BBC Shorts: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7488047353

Gallery Dept T-Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7712687351

Fits TTS with a slightly boxy fit like retail. Wash is decent but retail has more detailed vintage effects.

Gallery Dept Shorts: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7750055839

Fits TTS with a relaxed fit similar to retail. Material is decent but retail is heavier.

Hell Star T-Shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7737448905

Runs oversized similar to retail Hellstar shorts. Fabric is okay but retail is thicker.

RL Polo T-shirt: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7297845220

I am 1m73 tall and went with size S for all clothing items and size 42 for the shoes. Everything fits exactly as I hoped—no sizing issues at all. The fit feels well-balanced, not too tight and not overly loose. Each item is reviewed separately below, so please read through everything before asking questions 🙏

Dior Jacket: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7611089965

Genuinely impressed with this one—it’s very close to perfect. The fit is true to size (TTS) and sits nicely on the body. The cut feels well-executed and gives that clean, structured silhouette when worn. The materials feel solid and premium, definitely not thin or cheap.

All the finer details are handled well. Tags look correct, embroidery is sharp and consistent, and the overall finishing is clean. Stitching is tidy with no loose threads, and the jacket feels like it will hold up over time. Even after some wear, it keeps its shape nicely.

Branding placement looks accurate and properly aligned, which is always something I pay attention to. Overall, I’m very happy with this piece—it’s easily one of the highlights of the haul.

Casablanca Jacket: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7683059022

This one was a pleasant surprise. True to size with a really comfortable fit. It sits well on the shoulders, and the length works perfectly for my height. The fabric feels nice in hand and has a bit of weight to it, giving it a more premium feel.

All the expected details are there—correct tags, clean embroidery, and solid construction overall. Colors look great in person and match the album photos closely. Stitching is consistent and well-finished across the entire piece.

It’s a versatile jacket that works both casually and with slightly more styled outfits. Definitely a solid pickup and worth it for the quality.

Supreme Jacket: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7627640423

Also true to size, fits perfectly in size S. The cut is comfortable and easy for everyday wear, with a slightly relaxed fit that suits the Supreme style well.

Details are on point—tags look accurate, branding and embroidery are well done, and the material feels sturdy. Stitching is clean throughout and everything feels well put together.

It feels durable enough for regular use, and the design stands out just enough without being too loud. Overall, very satisfied with this one and glad I added it to the haul.

Hermès Shoes: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7622094010

Fit is true to size—size 42 works perfectly for me. They’re comfortable right out of the box and still feel good after extended wear. The shape looks clean and refined, exactly what you’d expect from this style.

Material quality is strong, especially the leather which feels soft and well-finished. Craftsmanship is solid with clean stitching and a well-built sole. The packaging is complete with all accessories included, which adds to the overall experience.

Design-wise, they’re simple but very elegant, making them easy to pair with different outfits. Overall, a very satisfying pickup with no real downsides.

Loro Piana Shoes: https://weidian.com/item.html?itemID=7751693096

Same as the Hermès pair—true to size and very comfortable. Fit is spot on, and they feel light and easy to wear throughout the day.

Quality is impressive for this type of shoe. Materials feel premium, finishing is clean, and stitching is neat. The overall build feels solid, and the shape/design looks very accurate and refined in hand.

These work great for both clean, dressed-up looks and more casual outfits. Comfort and build quality really stand out here.

Overall, extremely happy with this pair as well—no complaints at all.
