Going from in-person PT to hybrid online. what software stack actually scales the business?
Five years in, I'm renting a room at a local gym, doing about 25 sessions a week in-person, grossing around 90k before tax. I'm basically maxed out on time. Can't take more sessions without burning out, and my rates are already at the ceiling for what my market will bear.
So the next move is obviously online. I want to add maybe 20 to 30 online clients over the next year without killing my in-person schedule. The math works. 200 a month per client for programming and check-ins, four sessions, basically zero overhead per session. The real question is what soft͏ware actually lets me handle this without falling apart.
Should I run everything in one platform. programming, payments, client comms, the whole thing? Or do those all-in-one tools cut corners somewhere that's going to bite me once I'm actually trying to manage twice as many clients. Less interested in hearing "just use this a͏pp" and more interested in how your tech stack actually affects how you run the business. What broke when you scaled?
