I’ve had 3 rounds of fraxel and 3 rounds of RF microneedling. I don’t think it did much of anything and I spent $3k. This was at a med spa. I plan to go to a dermatology/plastic surgery center for consultation going forward.
Curious what you think would be most effective to treat this type of scarring which I believe is mostly box car and ice pick.
I’m thinking tca cross and maybe subcision with filler? I was also considering CO2 but now having mixed feelings about the risks. I also have a Dr Pen that I plan to start using at home but I know those results will be more subtle.
Appreciate any feedback.
