Bought wristbands on stubhub that were shipped to the hotel in New Orleans. We arrived yesterday and they were nowhere to be found. Hotel front desk signed for them and now they’re missing. Stubhub says there’s nothing they can do since they were signed for and delivered. FedEx says they were signed for so there’s nothing they can do. Any advice? (I won’t buy from StubHub again lesson learned)
