I’m a 16-year-old Black caribbean male who was an atheist at 15 but am now agnostic. I decided to check out the r\atheism subreddit, and oh my god (sorry if I’m saying god name in vain), the atheists there seem so stupid and soft. It’s wild how they call religious people “soft about their sky daddy,” yet during the Artemis II mission, they got offended because the NASA workers said “Godspeed.” which means to wish somebody well

And let’s not forget how, during the Uvalde school shooting, someone on that subreddit said, “the victims aren’t in heaven.” Like, what the fuck wrong with you? It’s wild that religious people I saw who talked about it show more empathy than atheists.

(This isn’t hate toward all atheists, just toward certain online atheists.)
