Hi! This is my very first post in this sub.

I’ve just started a new job and has been asked by management to choose which laptop I want for my work.

In the previous work I had, I used a Microsoft surface. Any advice on what laptop I should pick? I work as a SOC engineer/analyst, doing some testing and some labs in virtual machines/sandboxing, on a daily basis.

Max price is about $2000
