Has anyone else run into this, or does anyone know what’s going on?
For the past week or so, I’ve been trying to get trader verification so I can upload my extension, but no matter what I do, it won’t approve me. I’ve tried several ways to connect with Google, including a phone call to what I think is the payment profile helpline, but it just bounces me back to the “call support, there is an issue” screen.
Every time I try to sign in as a trader and get verified, it gives me a bogus error message, like “we couldn’t verify your identity,” “your account,” or “your organization.” We even have a DUNS number, but that didn’t help. There’s no support other than a form to fill out, which I’ve tried multiple times, and no one gets back to you.
