I got the bike to run i rebuilt the carbs and it still won't choke, there's no air leak and it'll only rev with wide open throttle any ideas?

It will idle for a bit before it dies, the second I give it choke or throttle it'll also die, any ideas?

I got the bike idling, but anytime I try to choke it or give it a little bit of throttle it dies, any ideas?
I hear carb cleaner can work if sprayed in the fuel inlet but I was wondering if I could just take the cover off and manually clean the float without disconnecting the carberator, i have a 1978 kz650 and I'm pretty sure the only reason it won't start is because a float is stuck open, whenever i put gas in the tank and turn the fuel to on it'll slowly trickle out of the 3rd carberator, and whenever I turn the fuel position to reserve or prime it just starts shooting out of the overflow valve, any tips yall?
Any idea why my ignition wires wouldn't be receiving power? And what wires i have to connect to make the bike think the ignitions on? I just want to ride this bike so bad and idk why it's not receiving power to the ignition wires
I'm trying to make sure that the ignition wire im the headlight bowl is receiving power due to me not being able to hot wire it, only the green and brown wire are receiving power, for clarification I mean both the colors in the same wire, and I'm not sure what my bext steps could be, could it just be a faulty switch and I should wait for a new ignition? Or should I try to figure out if any of the other wires are receiving power?
