Hello ! We bought tickets to the top on June 26th at 14h. We found out afterwards the visit takes 3 hours and the same day we need to check-in to an apartment near Macon. This means we would arrive around midnight...

We contacted them and they said they could refund us if in 48h we prove we bought different for another date. However this is kind of impossible since today was the first day we could buy tickets for that day.

Does it really take 3 hours or this is the maximum allowed?
