Someone made a similar post but I’d love to understand more about the HR workflow, including any systems, software and processes used by HR personnel working in mobilisation. Specifically, anyone who works with mobilising contractors for larger companies (let’s say a sparky that’s needed at a mine site by a major player) or anything similar.

What does your current workflow look like (software, systems, etc)? How well does it work?
