Newer 5th Gen- Transmission Shudder?
So, I have a 2024 5th Gen 4Runner ORP. Currently has 23k miles on it, so still very low. I feel like I am noticing a weird transmission shudder when moving from 1st to 2nd gear. It doesn't last long, but its a clear vibration or shudderl It never happens when accelerating fast, or accelerating very slow, but seemingly only when "normally" accelerating it has that shudder. Only 1st to 2nd. I have noticed nothing else for any other gears, no strange upshift/downshift, etc.
I am trying to determine- is it just in my head? (I take great care of the car, so maybe over worrying), or could there be actually something wrong. I am hoping to hear if anyone on the subreddit has ever heard of anything similar, what their thoughts are.
I was thinking of removing the negative terminal for 30min to reset the TCU and relearning to see if that helps. I feel like logically it could, but at the same time, I shouldn't have to do that?
