I (21F) got diagnosed with PCOS back in December after finally having doctors follow up with my period irregularity. However, I feel like my symptoms are much more less than others. My doctor didn't give me next steps yet but I see that other people change their diets or entire lifestyle. The way I live always felt normal to me so I guess I may find it hard if my doctor starts telling me to change it up. Anyways, it's a relief I have a diagnosis, but I'm not sure where to go from here! Any advice would be appreciated!

Also, I was already on birth control and was told to stay on it.
