I ordered Narwal Freo X Ultra from Amazon Business India 3 times and each time the order status went till out for delivery and cancelled by the delivery agent due to “customer not responding” issue, but I never received the agent’s call or message. I raised complaint to Amazon customer care and they were not helpful at all. Not sure what the issue is. Anyone else facing this?
