so ive had a sayo for more than a year and used it from sep 2024 - aug 2025. after that a got a kayboard and left my say to my brother. now he doesnt use it anymore and i took it back. problem is it just doesnt connect for no reason. ive been trying to figure it out for ages.

heres my problem: my sayos screen is lit up but when i check the site it says i have no hid connected, so i know the sayo is working. i checked and i think my sayo shows up normal in my device manager.
