My student locked one of their classes about six months ago and we’ve been trying to get it unlocked ever since. Who in the world do we need to talk to? Nobody’s answering emails, chat support won’t load, the number it says to call goes to dead air, we even tried to schedule for a teacher to call him and it’s all crickets. Does anybody know how to get assistance? It’s Penn Foster high school, for a carpentry elective
