I’m moving out and ASU directed me to University and Student Services for storage, and my pickup appointment with them is scheduled between 1 PM and 5 PM.

However, my dorm checkout time is at 12 PM, so I’m confused because the pickup time overlaps with my required move-out time. Since this is the storage service ASU directed me to, what I should do in this situation? I already sent emails and messages to storage unit and housing but also wanted to ask here.
