I live in a nearly 20 year-old rental house; this winter, I noticed minor cracks in the drywall, about a month ago. I noticed this crack over the windows in the rear wall. This this wall connects roughly to the roof and does not have a floor above it.

When I felt the crack, the plaster underneath is literally being pushed outward. Is this just normal settling, or should I be concerned?
