Hi! I am looking for recommendations for a qualified intermediary to help with a 1031 exchange as well as a real estate attorney. I have reached out to National firms that offer QI services and have not heard back after multiple outreaches over a few months. I haven’t yet started to look for a real estate attorney but appreciate local recommendations. Bonus points if their firm does family law as well (prenups). TIA
