Can a study be rejected after it's been approved?

Hey, I just did a study where a chat was timed out due to me missing a small detail. I'm confident it won't have any impact on the study since the researcher will have to review the manually chat anyway but I was planning on messaging them it just to avoid risking a rejection.

However, when I finished the study I saw that it approved immediately, I tried searching the help center but I couldn't find anything about it, does anyone here know if it's possible to get a study rejected after it has been approved?
