Hello, I was thinking about doing a semester abroad in Japan and wanted to know which university would be a good choice? I am looking for a fun cultural experience and am not very concerned with academics. My options include-
Waseda University
University of Tokyo
Keio University
Shibuara Institute of Technology

Again, not concerned with rankings but with how life is there, is there a good crowd for fun, are there cultural experiences available. Please reccomend.
