Hey folks, we're hiring a Sales Manager / Account Executive for a fast-growing AI LegalTech company in Bangalore.

**The role in 30 seconds:**
This is a pure closing role. You're not prospecting or cold calling. The company has a dedicated telesales team and digital outreach team that feeds you qualified meetings. You walk into demos, run the sales cycle, and close contracts.
You'd be selling to General Counsels and IP Heads at mid-large Indian enterprises.
**What matters:**
- 2-5 years B2B SaaS sales experience
- You've personally closed enterprise deals (not just generated leads)
- Indian market experience — you know how enterprise buying works here
- Bangalore based or willing to relocate
**The offer:**
- ₹13-15L fixed CTC
- Uncapped incentives on closed deals
- Hybrid — 3 days Sarjapur office, 2 days WFH
- You'll build and lead your own sales pod as the team scales
LegalTech experience is a bonus but not required. If you've closed B2B SaaS deals at any enterprise-focused company — HR-tech, compliance, fintech, whatever — the domain is learnable.
