Okay so to preface I started my banking experience as a part time teller at the end of 2024 and moved up to full time then I got promoted to csr in November of last year and I just became a branch manager. So I have moved very fast and I’m 20 so I’m honestly nervous I’ve never managed a team at all before and it’s the main branch so I work closely with the coo do you guys have any tips or resources that would be helpful?
Edit: thank you guys for some tips however some of you think I made this up which I didn’t so now I feel like I don’t deserve to have this job or I’m gonna fail so thanks?
