I already commented this before in another r/, but I am still waiting for my package to arrive. It was shipped on january 8 and it stopped updating the tracking the 23 of the same month. I tried to contact them but I have no response...

Can I claim somehow my money in any way? I ordered another product from the same store and it arrived in a couple of weeks, but this is just taking too long! The vendor doesn't answer me either and I don't really know what to do! :'(
