i have ZERO idea on how to take care of my hair long term. ive treated my hair the exact same for the last many years, though some days its way better than others. why? what do i even do? im 18m started balding at 14 how do i even get it back to how it was before, more and more it feels impossible to hide. anytime it gets longer it forms 3 distinct clumps, and when its short like those photos, it doesnt hide the temples anymore. sometimes it just becomes super super horrible, but if i put loads of effort into it, i look like a normal person.

my typical wash is just to wash it, with some shampoo then go to sleep and / or go about my day, thats usually it. sometimes theres 0 volume and cant form any style, as it is right now, it has the central clump in the middle that forms a triangle then the two temple clumps that form a sort of drooping curtains on side to side. i hate it.
