Check your nozzles, just go ahead and replace them even. Turns out i put a 0.2 nozzle in about 6 months ago and thought it was a 0.4. when i started printing with pa6 and ppa this was causing an issue i could not for the life of me figure out. i was getting an error on my printer "nozzle temp not as expected" so i took apart my tool head and decided to replace my nozzle since i was in there. when i took the old one out - the guide sleeve had broken on the old nozzle, no big deal i pulled it out with a pliers and put a new nozzle in. everything is working fine and holy crap. my print quality so far on this print is perfection. i've never seen this kind of quality from the pa6/ppa filaments out of my printer before. moral of the story: if you're having some issues i would 100% just start with a clean nozzle swap and see what that does for you.
