I started playing the game yesterday and wanted to start building a team, but I quickly hit a wall because I can't convert tokens since I haven't unlocked the characters yet.

Can I not create a proper build until I’ve unlocked a lot of characters?

Do you have any tips on how to quickly be able to create good builds?
