So on March 23 at 4 AM I got hit by a deer. That’s right. The deer hit me. I didn’t hit it. I stopped beeped a few times it sat there did nothing and as I started to continue driving, the deer literally charged me from behind and smacked its head off my bumper and fender as I sped up. Fast forward to April 6. I drop my car off with a Progressive approved body shop Coleman‘s Collision Auburn Maine. They finish my car on 20 April fixing all the damage that the deer did I pick my car up April 25, I’m
Distracted because I’m bringing my girlfriend with me and a friend of hers because I have to give her Friend a ride a half hour away and I’m getting all the stuff from my rental car into my car. I go inside pay everything’s fine but what I didn’t notice is that they damaged the tailgate. They parked my car backwards against something so I wouldn’t see the damage that they caused. I get home pop the trunk and that’s when I noticed the damage. I’ve called the police they’ve done nothing. I’ve called Progressive. They told me to call the body shop, the body shop tells me to call Progressive and make a claim so I’m guessing it’s just going to cost me an extra $1000 deductible for something I didn’t even do in the car wasn’t even in my possession, but so far it seems like the body shop is just denying. How can I prove that they were driving my car around? I have notifications that it was driven after they were done with it because they messed up the keyless entry system and that notification popped up every day after they were done with it and every day before they were done with this so that tells me it was driven every day. Is there a way I can get the GPS records over the time that they had my car 2021 Mazda CX five and I am signed up with the app. Also when they replaced the front bumper now the front sensors don’t work so no cruise control no auto emergency breaking and anything else that the front sensors do are basically malfunctioned so I have keyless entry system malfunction front radar system malfunction, and damage to my vehicle that most likely I am going to have to pay for out-of-pocket…what should I do?
