Recommendation: Acrylic paint pen.

Hey all! I've started painting again recently and I did not feel like dragging out my tubs of acrylic paints. That laziness lead me down the "what acrylic pen is best" rabbit hole. After searching old reddit posts and etc, I didn't really find the answer I wanted... a budget pen that has great coverage.

I have Posca's and love them, TomBows, Sharpies, and they are all great but kinda pricey and only the Poscas really had the "paint" feel that I wanted. Like for example, they are so easy to lay opaque coverage and then take a water brush and blend colors before the paint dries out. Sharpies etc, dry dang near instantly. (Which is fine when I want that lol.)

But Poscas are $$$ and even after buying most the sets (except that $600 backpack one!!) I feel like they don't really offer a great variety of colors.

So I took a risk and picked up a brand off Amazon, and I have to say that I'm super impressed!

They are liquidity smooth, coverage is perfect and they stay wet enough for me to blend. They even have a flexible brush tip which is my favorite. Lol

I sound like a shill, but I swear I'm not. I'm just an old artist that has spent $$$ over the years on products to be disappointed over and over again.

That was a long winded post just to say: These pens are awesome!!!

The brand is "JusArt." The set I got was 48 pens.

Happy painting!

Hi Folks!

I picked this cream up about a month ago and I've started noticing that my upper eyelids are becoming super irritated. I didn't put 2 and 2 together until today when I applied the cream and it started burning like crazy.

Has anyone else had this issue?

My lids are super dry and I need something to moisturize them. Crazy right? Who gets dry eyelids???

TIA for advice!

Saw this over in r/horses and figured it belonged here. But once you've figured out that it is an illusion then the real work begins.

I wish this horse luck. 😉
