Me and my wife have played bg3 on PC with over 1000 mods and have had no issues except kinda long load times.
On the PS5 though, it seems 60 is too many. Most of them are cosmetics and classes, with tactician enhanced, party limit increased, and more encounters and enemies.
Unfortunately, we wanted to start a new ps5 run cause shes tired of sitting at her PC lol. So I ensured all my mods were up to date, removed all the outdated ones that havent been maintained, and added a few new ones since we last played on PS5.
Well, our 3rd combat heading to get withers caused an infinite turn glitch where it switch to the next person's turn and then nothing happened forever. This happened twice for 2 different combats. So I went and did a clean install of the game and the mods, now the game is just completely crashing randomly with the same exact mods. One time it crashed at character creation, one time at the end of the Nautilus, and another time when first approaching astarion.
At this point I don't even wanna play on the ps5 cause the mod list is severely gimped compared to PC and all these issues have been so tedious. 5 hours spent troubleshooting and re-creating characters to not get anywhere. Any ideas??
