Question about a content creator. (@EastsideDecodedSCP)

This guy has over 100,000 subscribers and he's made over a thousand videos. He makes multiple new SCP videos a week, but his modern videos only seem to get a couple hundred views.

If I look up his channel online he's actually been losing views somehow since last year, and it looks like his subscriber account has remained unchanged somehow for the last year?

If I search SCP content on YouTube, his content basically doesn't show up.

Does anyone know what happened with this channel?

As someone who is already in the late game, who has been in the late game for hundreds of hours, who has all the war bonds, part of what I end up just waiting around for our new war bonds, and new campaigns, but for newer players it must feel like the hill to climb ahead of them is getting more and more intense, so they just don't play. They don't want to grind to get the currency for that much DLC and more DLC does not make them feel better, it makes them feel worse, yes? I still like more war bonds because that's how I get more content, but for a new player it's super intimidating.

If Arrowhead took a break, and just added More variety to the biomes that already exist, new sub-objectives, overhauled the ship upgrades and tried to reimburse you for all those samples, but totally overhauled how the upgrades work, and they now require a continuous supply of samples to remain active, but they provided more impactful bonuses, but forced you to pick a specialty like a class, would you be upset, or appreciative?

If you could enter special flamethrowers, or special bonds, but not both, would that upset you as an upgrade system?

If no war bonds were released for 6 months, but every faction got two new sub-objectives, do you predict the streamers would be content, or do they need ArrowHead to release new war bonds so that they can continue providing reviews?

For 6 months, all the new stratagems were free, and then the next 6 months they released paid war bonds, would that be acceptable, or would you want them to spend 2 months making free content, and then 2 months making paid content?

I'm mostly trying to throw out specific questions because it feels like a lot of people say that they want the game to be more fun, they want the game to be more in line with their vision of what the game should be, but anything we ask for still needs to get approved by the bean counters, so what is it that we want, that will make the game better, and won't scare away the person making the financial decisions?

Boss got upset when work was submitted on time

I always wanted to demonstrate my determination, and my desire to provide good work, so I started to submit reports 15 minutes early. These reports were sent out to hundreds of people, but I managed to do it.

One day there was a particularly difficult collection of work, so I needed that extra time to finish the reports but I got them all sent out on time. The department head complained, saying that he wanted the work send out on time, and when I told him the work was sent out on time and that every other day I had sent out the work early, he got upset because he thought the rule was to send out the work at the time I had sent it out every other day, and when I showed him the manual that specified the actual time requirement, he requested that it be formally changed, which meant that my my hard work wasn't appreciated and now I have to do the work even earlier just in case there's a difficult day and I need extra time...

Any suggestions?

Why is Domingo so durable?

His defense stat does not appear to be particularly high, and yet he seems capable of resisting an enormous amount of damage. Does anyone understand how this is?

If the hive guards remain as they are, with medium armor, but we eventually get a heavy variant, would you consider that acceptable?

What do's and don'ts should be considered? How would you want them to function? Is there anything you would want them to make sure they don't do?

Perhaps they should only spawn at level 7+?

Should they spawn on any planet, or only with a particular subfaction?

Should they have any special abilities?
