Quick question, is a Full-Duty Release note (FDR) similar or equal to a Return to Work document (RTW)? I have my FDR note and submitted it to my already approved LOA ticket. My original LOA documents states that I can return to work on the 27th of March, and my FDR note states that I am cleared to go back to work since the 12th of April by my doctor with his signature and everything, which I can see that a RTW document wants the same thing to be stated by a doctor (unless I’m wrong about this). But I want to know if you amazon peeps can tell me if it’s the same thing, OR if I need to get something else entirely for a RTW.
