What would you say are the worst skills and jobs to freelance in? I often see posts for "best freelance jobs" being AI promoting, WebDev, and Consulting.. but what would be the opposite? The skills no one really makes worth doing freelancing?

I want to gain more muscle and be leaner but I want to stay the same weight I currently am... Is that possible? And if anyone has advice on how to get more muscle but not weight that would be nice. Sorry if this is a stupid question.
