Recruiting for STEM learning website project

Hey everyone,

I’ve been thinking about building a website that organizes a bunch of STEM subjects into one structured system instead of everything being scattered everywhere.

Not just a list of topics, but more like a map of knowledge where you can actually see what you need to learn first before moving into more advanced material.

The goal is to include a wide range of engineering and science areas, including computer science and software engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, networking and IT systems, manufacturing and fabrication, energy systems like power grids and renewables, and control systems, robotics, and automation.

A big focus would be nuclear engineering and especially fusion.

That would cover things like nuclear power and reactor engineering, plasma physics basics, tokamaks and stellarators, magnetic confinement systems, and full fusion reactor design topics like magnets, vacuum systems, cryogenics, materials, high-power electrical systems, pulsed power, radiation handling and shielding, and how everything connects into actual grid-level energy output.

Fusion is the main area I’m most interested in, but I don’t want it treated as something isolated — it should sit properly within the wider engineering ecosystem.

The idea is to build a structured learning path where everything has prerequisites, so you can clearly see what needs to come first before moving on. Eventually I’d like to turn it into some kind of visual map or graph where you can explore how all the fields connect.

This is a pretty large project and I can’t realistically build it alone, so I’m looking for a proper collaboration rather than trying to do it solo.

Just to be upfront, there’s no upfront pay for anyone involved. If the project eventually becomes something usable or marketable, then compensation is definitely something that could be discussed, but right now it’s a build-first situation.

It’s still just an early idea, but I’m trying to see if anyone would be interested in helping build it or shaping it.

Hey everyone — I recently created Fusion Collaborative, a Discord server focused on fusion energy, advanced physics, reactor concepts, emerging technology, and general discussion around the future of energy research. The goal is to build a community where people can share ideas, learn, discuss current developments, and collaborate on concepts in a casual but serious environment. If that sounds interesting to you, feel free to join here: https://discord.com/invite/JZeureWe
