I just finished the waterfall quilt, I was trying to get it done before his 2nd birthday. Both of these are inspired by Tolkien's world and feature Walking Songs from the text. "The Road goes Ever on and on", and "Home is Behind, the World Ahead"

Details for the crafters: waterfall panel from Hawthorne Supply co, hand quilted and partly hand bound. I used printable sulky-solvy for the text template, my embroidery skill isn't that good. Forest panel for my oldest is a Robert Kauffman print from now-defunct fabric.com (curse you, amazon!) also hand-quilted and embroidered, but the text is really hard to see amongst the trees. A ghost of a song perhaps!
