My Cat May Have Lily Poisoning

Cat
Name: Baby
Age: 3 years old
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Weight: Approximately 10 lbs

On Mothers Day, my mom brought back a flower arrangement that had a true lily in it. We were all unaware of the risk of cats being in contact with the true lily. Yesterday night, my cat threw up in my room and we took him to the emergency vet to get him checked out. They did a kidney panel blood test and all of his levels seemed to be okay so we brought him home and came back tonight for another test to see if there is any concern. There was an increase in creatinine of .2 and the doctor said if we come back tomorrow and it increase by another .1 to recommend hospitalization. He is still in a very normal range of creatinine and his behavior has been relatively the same, however he did throw up again tonight. Is an increase of .3 in the span of 48 hours to be worried about? I will attempt to include pictures of the tests in the comments. If I can’t, then I’ll do my best to specify the levels in a comment.
