Context: I am a single female, 26. I am planning to move into a rental home in bangalore during 1st week of July. My office is near Nallurhalli metro. The whole process has me confused.
Need help on which areas to target. I am aware of the water and dust issues in whitefield. Should I move closer to Bayappanahalli, Halsuru, CV Raman, KR Pura etc (basically purple line metro)?
What's the realistic budget should I set? I would like a safe clean well lit home.
Where do I find trustworthy brokers? How much do you generally pay them?
Any pointers during negotiations with the owner? And realistically, when should I start searching?
