Please help a girl out I’m ashamed this is happening to me

I am struggling with body odor but I’m confused on where it’s coming from. I took two showers today about 1hr 1/2 apart and I get inside my car to drive down to work and all I smell is my body odor. I washed myself with Lume body wash and added pan oxyl to my armpit, neck, ears area. Left it on for a couple of minutes. For shampoo I use pan oxyl and clindamycin lotion topical as I think the smell comes from my head. I just don’t understand how strong it is and i leave cloud of my smell everywhere. This is something that’s been happening for a couple of months. I didn’t have this before. I’ve gone to derms and doctors but they say they can’t smell it. But others have said it smells like shit. What do you think it can be? I’ve also done labs and nothing seems abnormal. It seems that everything I touch I leave my gross smell on it.

Hi, I thought I should reach out to this thread for help. I’ve been experiencing bad body odor issues for the past months. I know what my body odor smells like but this smells like if I haven’t cleaned myself in a while. It smells musty, rancor and sour like. A bit of ammonia. I’ve gone to three derms because I can smell it whenever I flip my hair and it leaves I smell on my hands when I run it through my hair. I’ve been using hibiclens which has minimize the smell but I continue to smell bad I don’t see a difference. The weird part is that my primary care doctor, friends don’t smell it but it’s been talked about at work. And it smells in the air. My current hygiene is use an antibacterial soap either hibiclens 2x a week, pan oxyl 3x a week and regular soap bar 2x a week. I make sure to leave it and scrub for 2 minutes. Hair wise I’m using pan oxyl and clindamycin topical lotion. And use hibiclens on my scalp 2x a week. I believe it’s a bacteria on my scalp or entire body but I don’t understand how this appears out of nowhere. I don’t even sweat it comes as I go through my day and gets stronger somehow in the afternoon. I’ve done labs I have high insulin hormones are normal low on vitamin d and iron. But everything else is fine

I need advice on my current work situation. For a while at work I have producing an offensive odor and it lingers where I’ve been. This smell is affecting my coworkers as they have complain about it to the manager. Last month, Levi busted two primary care doctors and 3 derms who have prescribed medical shampoos and topicals. This has not work at all and I’ve been diagnosed with bromhidrosis. It is a condition that causes odor by bacteria breakdown. And it’s often triggered by sweating. And I’m sure it’s coming from my scalp as this is the only place I can smell it. It’s not coming from my armpits at all. I am in the process of getting a letter to send it to HR as I am worried that this will affect my job. If anyone was in my position how would go about it? Nothing has been said to me about the odor but I hear people complain and talk one another as they aren’t discrete about it. It’s an embarrassing situation to be in because everyone assumes I don’t shower and come to work smelling like ass when I wake up at 4am to take a 1hr shower. I use pan oxyl as my shampoo to kill of the bacteria on my scalp, proceed with clindamycin topical lotion as the DERM prescribes. And for body I use dove sensitive bar soap, pan oxyl or hibiclens on armpit, folds, behind neck and ears. And scrub with an African sponge.
