Knowing that the complex can create copies of the real world (standard), can it or will it create still life’s of Async employees?
Async employees are shown to constantly roam around the complex and even leave behind their suits as seen in the new promo.

Please remember this is pure speculation from the given trailers and I can definitely be wrong on some parts.
The movie begins with the introduction of Clark and his furniture store. Based off the emptiness vibes from the trailers and the fact that there are multiple sale signs around the building, I assume business isn’t doing well. He hears strange noises coming from deep within the store and investigates, ultimately locating the sound inside the basement. He notices a thin crack revealing what appears to be a different room and decides to lean his head against the wall to listening closely. He suddenly falls through the wall unexpectedly and finds himself in The Complex, prompting him to explore in curiosity and confusion. After a short exploration, he panics when he can’t seem to located the gateway he fell into before but eventually finds it and returns to the basement. After realizing his discovery, he begins to do more research and makes progress, such as marking the doorway with tape and drawing out a map to make his exploration easier.
He goes to a psychologist named Mary Kline and tells her about his findings, describing it as “A place in the store”. He tries to convince her and though is unfortunate, he remains determined to provide proof. He gathers two friends (Finn Bennet & Lukita Maxwell), and now uses a video camera to document the exploration. They discover strange rooms like the christmas tree room and other rooms that don’t make sense, evening finding a camera on the wall and possibly Async employees. However, Finn encounters an entity waiting to strike and it is unclear whether he dies or not. This is the last time we see Clark and thus begins the therapist Mary Kline’s search to find him. She begins her search at his furniture store and locates the basement. She notices the tape doorway on the wall and enters, finding herself in The Complex. She searches for Clark and goes deeper and deeper, eventually realizing she’s lost. Judging by the shots of her covered in blood and running from something, I assume she made some kind of encounter with an entity or with a different person who winds up killed by the entity. A chase starts with her and the entity, ultimately ending with her running through a narrow opening and finding an area that resembles the outside though is far from it. What happens next is unknown though I speculate she’ll end up dying from an encounter with the Async Foundation or by lack of food rather than being killed by the entity.
