I have a Phase 1 interview coming up soon, and I’d like to know what to expect, what i should wear and what kind of questions are usually asked. Since it’s a group interview for a retail job, should I speak up early or wait a bit? I really want to do well and increase my chances of getting hired. I need all the information I can get. I applied to Apple as a sales associate with a referral and got a call back on Friday, but I missed it. I called back shortly after and was told they’d let the manager know and that I should hear back within 24–48 hours.
It’s been about 24 hours now, but it’s the weekend (Saturday), so I’m not sure if that timeline includes weekends or if I should start counting from Monday.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Do Apple hiring managers usually follow up on weekends, or is it more likely during business days?
Also, if I don’t hear back, how long should I wait before following up again? I was thinking about emailing, but I don’t know who the hiring manager is or what the best way to reach out would be.
Any advice would be really appreciated, I really want this opportunity.
