I am 18 and i have my A/L exams next Aug(2027) i did my studying consistently till i had my first term test although i got the third place of the class after the exam i got distracted and i cant get to the track anymore i play some mobile games and i cant focus on online classes i open youtube or reddit in another window so can you guys help me to get back at studying and I'm doing biology for my A/Ls btw i play clash royale and i have trophies around 9000 and i cant get myself to delete or quit it so help me to lock in please and tell me how you guys managed to study consistently over a year or two without distractions as a mobile game addict
