Hello, I want to go on the Kamijo concert this year, therefore I have a few questions - is it still possible to sign for his FC? If so, I managed to get onto the site BUT it asks to choose things such as prefecture, which is, obviously, Japan exclusive. Is it possible to sign as a foreginer? If yes, then, how to fill the form?
