Gourmet Reflux, anyone tried this?

My GI Doctor recommended this as well as Gasvicon but the Gasviscon isn’t helping so I am trying this other. I’m running out of things to try to calm this GERD flare up that’s been going on since February of this year. I switched from Omeprazole to Nexium thinking it would be better but I’m not swing this happen yet. I’m on Nexium 40 mg twice a day which above the usually dose of 40 mg one time a day.

I know sunscreen is important when using tretinoin, so l bought this one, but I'm unsure about it. It contains hyaluronic acid, and I'm worried that might be irritating. It also has a long list of inactive ingredients. Yuka scores this product low, so l was looking at this other product that scored high called 'Mineral Sunscreen Badger 50 SPF'. Anyone know about this or has used this product.

I’m not sure whether the liquid antacid I’m taking is actually helping or possibly making my symptoms worse due to rebound acid. I’m currently using the Good Neighbor Pharmacy brand, so I’m also wondering if the specific brand might make a difference. Has anyone had experience with this, noticed similar effects or it has been helpful

I’ve been having GERD flare-ups when I eat salt and avocado, so I’m thinking about switching to salmon to help cover both sodium and fat needs. Does anyone have tips on how to meet daily sodium and fat intake without triggering reflux?
