Anyone here a registered behavior technician?
If so, could you provide a little more about the ins and outs of the job? What is the certification class like? My district just posted a position for an RBT. It’s a parapro position but you take a 40 hour online course to become RBT certified. It says in the job description you can receive certification after being hired. It would be a pretty significant pay raise for a parapro in my district. I meet all the requirements except for the certification. Any info would be helpful as I’ve never even heard of a RBT
