Hello I'm in need of someone to take over my lease in a 3 bedroom apartment here at the armory, the room comes with a bed, desk, and small dresser.
In unit washer and dryer.
Rent is 750$ as well as utilities that are usually 25-35$ per month
Would be perfect if someone could assume the lease before June.
There's also a private bathroom and closet connected to the room.
The apartment is fully furnished and has a small balcony that faces the pool.
2 roommates that are quiet and keep to themselves.
