Hi everyone,
I’m in a bit of a dilemma and would really appreciate some guidance from people who’ve been through Deloitte onboarding (especially USI).
Here’s my situation:
I’ve received and accepted my offer from Deloitte USI (Hyderabad)
Background verification shows 100% complete on First Advantage
HR had earlier confirmed that both NHR and BGV are clear
I’ve received the DStart onboarding email
I also received the lodging assistance mail
However:
My HR is not responding to emails or calls
On the lodging portal, it shows “NHPD completed: No”
My joining date is mid May, and I currently have a 30-day notice period, so I ideally should have already resigned.
I understand that DLaunch (onboarding schedule) usually comes closer to joining, so I can’t realistically wait for that before resigning.
My questions:
Is my selection considered fully confirmed at this stage?
Is the “NHPD completed: No” something to worry about?
Is it safe to resign now without further HR confirmation?
Has anyone experienced HR being unresponsive this close to joining?
I’m just trying to avoid a situation where I resign and then face delays or issues from Deloitte’s side.
